It was no longer just a lucha libre thing or just a wrestling thing.
It was a people that I have had offended.
And I felt that man, it was visceral.
Like every time I went down there, I was geez, like, what have I done here?
You know?
Uh, but that's, again, that's what made it.
So, yeah.
I knew in the match I, yeah, during, I could tell we, we had it, you know, um, I had high, like you said, high expectations going in, um, exceeded those.
Obviously I put a lot of pressure on myself, uh, for that match and because of AAA, because of what I thought we had the potential to do for AAA.
And I treated that pressure as a real privilege.
It's like you, you have a chance to deliver and elevate this company now that we have acquired and they're trying to push.
it's on you man and I think we did it you know it to his credit to everybody played their part the crowd played their part you know it's every it's everything that went into that did it and I think it just took AAA and it was already had momentum and it was a very cool thing but it just shot it through the moon man it was like now all eyes are on it and now it's like this hip

And I love that.
And that's one of the highest compliments I think I was paid about that match is what you just said.
And not only from fans and people, but my peers as well.
I think I value that input and feedback so much.
That when my peers tell me, man, that reminded me what I love about this.
It's like we do this so much that sometimes, you know, admittedly, like the hamster wheel can get to you and you're just repeat, repeat.
