What is not protected, however, is the destruction of property or violence against any member of our community.

Public Information Officer Brent Kovacs says despite already doubling the amount of salt used two winters ago, they're right on pace to use around 88,000 tons of salt, the same they used last winter.
Cleveland city officials also warning residents about this upcoming stretch of weather.
Mayor Justin Bibb says Governor Mike DeWine and ODOT helped the city get more salt, but they're still short on deliveries from Cargill.
They'll have to prioritize and only salt main roads, hills and dangerous intersections.
But Bibb wants residents to know every street will get plowed.
It just won't be immediate.
