That's we we all published that book.
Hmm.
There's a lot of things.
There's a quote that I love, which is the stuff that it takes to get to the top is is is not the same stuff it takes to stay on top, or put differently, it's easier to get on top than it is to stay on top.
And so I think uh now it depends on where you define the top.
Like for me it's not eight figures.
It's it's that's that's a small business.
Um now, sure, that's bigger than you know, ninety six percent or whatever, maybe
99% of businesses, but it's still a super small business in the grand scheme of things.
Now, what it takes is I did a whole series on this on the Chandler Boyle YouTube channel.
We call it the five, um, it's the eight-figure profit bridge.
It takes
Paying customers at the start, then product market fit.
Product market fit will probably come around seven figures.
Then it takes getting profitable.
So how do you scalably and profitably acquire customers and run your business?
Then it takes process and people.
Or actually that's in reverse order, people then process.
Cause if you got really great people, they'll build process.
