Cause obviously you hit eight figures.
You gotta do, you know, eight hundred and thirty three thousand dollars a month basically.
And so if you can start hitting some million dollar months here or there, you're probably on track.
But I just remember we were just trying to break through and it's really freaking hard.
And just realizing that we had to turn the dials of those scalable customer acquisition channels.
But even then, I mean, you're only as good as your weakest link.
So it's like we're we're, oh my gosh, our marketing's firing up and everything's going, oh crap, our sales team sucks.
And if we don't fix
that well then we're never gonna and so then when you go over here and fix that and you got so distracted on that that now your marketing is not as good as it used to be.
And so it's just like that's the game of business though.
There's constantly a bottleneck.
There's constantly something keeping you from the next level and it's your job as the CEO to figure out where that is, either to fix it yourself or install good process in people so that they can fix it and you can keep scaling.
There's a mantra of hire to your weaknesses, not to your strengths, which I think is smart until it isn't.
There's a certain point where your biggest strength becomes your company's biggest weakness because you never hire to that strength because it's your strength.
Well, and so if you do that, then you can never extricate yourself from that stuff.
And so even the the call out that you made just a second ago is a byproduct of my biggest strength is operations.
And so naturally my inclination is to get into the operations and to just, oh yeah, okay, let's see this problem, let's go fix it.
But in order to scale, you got to pull yourself out of that stuff.
And so I think i the takeaway for every founder or CEO is you got to map your strengths.
And early on, you got to hire for all your weaknesses so that you can just live in your strength zone.
