So it's a real wake up call that you really need to be thinking about how you are treating your customers and what are those contract terms that you've got them signing up to, which let's face it, none of us read.

And then we are also just locked in.

So a couple of years ago, Amazon Prime included ads.

And when they introduced that advertising, there were people who had actually already paid up front the $79 for an yearly subscription.

But Amazon asked them to pay a further $2.99 to continue getting Amazon Prime without ads or get it with ads.

So...

Basically, they were being asked to pay more or get less.

And this is where the unfairness is being tested at the moment through that case.

So it's a real wake-up call that you really need to be thinking about how you are treating your customers and what are those contract terms that you've got them signing up to, which let's face it, none of us read.

And none of us read because it would take you hours and hours to get through them.

And then we are also just locked in.

We're locked in by the tech because there is no interoperability.

We're locked in by the service because there is really nowhere else to go.

Specifically, you wanted to access those shows or those movies.

And then we've got a legal lock in.

So we're locked in by these T's and C's.

And we as individuals can't technically push back.

I mean, you don't see us as individuals going, hey, Amazon, I just want to negotiate my contract here on Amazon Prime.

It just it doesn't happen.

And so it's really great to see the regulator take action on this on behalf of all of us.
