situation Tuesday, an 11-year-old special needs student was found wandering alone miles away from school after a student-led walkout protesting U.S.

immigration and customs enforcement.

Anti-ICE protests have been increasingly popping up on school campuses across the country after the shooting deaths of Rene Good and Alex Preddy involving federal agents in Minneapolis.

This incident happening outside of Chicago at Dundee Middle School, where Richard Harley is a sixth grader.

His mother saying her son called her in a panic to her surprise because she was not notified about the walkout.

And because her son has special needs and an individualized education program is left wondering why her son was allowed to leave school without supervision or parental authorization.
