But no, I think on behalf of all of us, Don, you were talking with Keith Ellison and with DL in the last block about how seriously you should take this.

And I do think that

there is a very strong thread that suggests that you should take it seriously.

I understand that these are the situations, and it's kind of sort of like ironic and hokey that we're having this conversation on MLK Day, but nonetheless, these are the situations that end up becoming

very important moments as part of larger movements.

And I'm not suggesting that this should or has to go up to district courts or circuit courts or what have you, but this trying to make an issue out of the First Amendment and violation there with respect to the Klan Act and everything else, this is the type of case that somebody looks back on and says, wow, Don Lemon didn't even know how important he was in this moment.
