And it is yet another display of the incompetence of this DOJ's leadership.
The other thing that I want to say from a procedural standpoint, because Monique did a wonderful job laying out the law, I want to go a little bit further.
and sort of make the distinction, particularly for your audience, for everything that Monique just explained and all of it being legally sound, none of this means that this administration will not attempt to file an indictment against Dom.
There is a difference between not moving forward and moving forward knowing that you have no game plan.
And the incompetence and the lack of credibility of this administration has shown us repeatedly vis-a-vis James Comey, vis-a-vis Letitia James on more than one occasion, and vis-a-vis a few other cases that we can talk about, that they are not averse to filing cases that they know that they cannot win.
And so if

Who knows?
I don't know why they made those assumptions, but what I will say is that
The audio and video that you seem to have captured from a legal standpoint certainly isn't going to help them make out any case that you are in fact associated with or leading or participating in what this is here.
So from a factual standpoint, obviously this is not legal advice or a legal conclusion without seeing everything.
It certainly appears that what you have done in chronicling what took place
