But if all of us make one or two people a better communicator, that loneliness epidemic goes away.

If there's thousands of people saying, I'm willing to have a tough conversation with you, I want to model for you how to do this.
Like, I have a friend I haven't talked to in six months and it seems awkward to give them a call, but like, I'm just going to do it.
because they might be feeling lonely right now, that is the truest gift that I think someone can give me and themselves in the world is just to reach out and to try and communicate.
Yeah, that's cool.
So I think the first one is like, is just pops into my mind immediately is the more you invest in your spouse and in your kids or whatever your relationship is, that's the closest relationships you have.
