I mean, I think that's part of it too.
And that's why it isn't these are not easy places to work.
Um, they're hard places to work because you hold yourself to purpose and you hold yourself to really good business results, or you don't get to keep playing.
You know, I I often think of Portlandia, the sort of sitcom, right?
In one of the episodes, you know, there's a soap company that's making deodorant.
It doesn't work at all, but it's, you know, it's perfectly environmentally uh sensitive.
Well, you know, that that that's fun and it's funny, but that doesn't work.
No.
Right.
You know?
And so our raincoats have to work.
Um, and yeah, and when you're
you know, at uh twenty seven thousand feet or whatever.
Um, and it's uh and it's raining and sleeting.
You you could die if it doesn't work.
Uh they they may be simple in the sense that purpose is clear, but they're hard in the sense that to to do well in those environments, to satisfy your customers' needs, to do the right thing by the planet with how you source things, to do the right thing by your customers, to do to to do that in a way that's affordable, that's hard.
That's a triangle that's hard.
Whew, I mean f so first of all, I don't think there's one size fits all.
I mean I don't want to say that.
