And I've seen all kinds of different s personal styles, but I do think that there are some commonalities that cut across the styles.
And, you know, this won't surprise anyone on this conversation or anybody listening, right?
Because it go it's consistent with what we've been saying, which is
The people who run these organizations
have to be deeply authentic.
Right.
The slightest bit of hypocrisy in these kind of organizations is ten times worse than in normal crappy organizations, right?
We're
Hypocrisy is tolerated.
They have to be
Carriers of values.
And they have to be
you know, propounders of values.
Um and they have to do that in a way that's not scary, not just scary, but also inspiring, right?
And I think that's hard.
I think it often means um being um gentle on people but hard on ideas.
Um, I think it means fighting hierarchy and bureaucracy wherever you can, even though some of those senior people are, of course, absolutely critical to your organization, but
um really pushing through to frontline um folks wherever you can.
Um, I do think it means um being respectful of those frontline people though, you know, who are, you know, who are still learning in their own um journeys.
