Because uh because all the rules change and and we were seeing that in conflict too, and awful new technologies being developed.
Those are also being upended.
But we have to leave that behind.
And we really do those of us who started off in the in the strategy and the in the you know high priest roles and strategy organizations, we need to let that go.
We need to roll up our sleeves and work.
you know, hand in hand with the folks who are encountering customers.
I when I first worked in software organizations, you'd go to the high priestess price priests there who were the designers, you know, the the architects of software.
And when something didn't work, they would say user error.
Okay.
Not acceptable, right?
