Um that's why you usually see employee stock ownership um companies in a single country and why they're often professional services companies.

Um uh I think it I I I as you as you probably know from what I've said publicly, I think the whole woke capitalism thing is a bunch of baloney.

The truth is because we've transferred our shares to this charitable trust uh that has a mission around saving the
the home planet, it crystallizes a set of trade-offs that are always there.
And no company, whether private or public, actually operates in a vacuum from those choices.
Even the most um
Vicious capitalistic company has to pay attention to the communities that it lives in and the regulations that it that it has to operate under.
How what's required for it to attract and retain great staff and teams?
And uh how it operates in a way that attracts better or worse shareholders.
And there are such a thing as better or worse shareholders.
I think a lot of this sort of ESG debate.
It's just plain silly.
These very large companies, the Black Rocks of the world that actually control the votes for huge percentage of the shares of all the economy.
Or making smart long term decisions.
