Your indifference to environment, community, and staff disappears pretty damn quick.
And it should.
So I I guess what I would argue is yeah, it's complicated.
And in our case we've we've put our nose in it.
But every company operates in a system where if they really thought about it this way.
They'd be they they have to take into account those trade offs.
We all do.
And I I just love this thought experiment.
And, you know, Warren Buffett's a a good example here.

We have this like get in get out mentality, but that's not the way.
The the greatest companies and the greatest investors are not get in get out people.
But if you are actually multi-generational, you really need to think about community staff.
