Just like there shouldn't be a high priest or priestess of strategy.

I mean, some of my favorite um words you're just using, like curiosity, I think is just a it is a fundamental value of this kind of new organization.

Trust is really important, right?

Which is goes hand in hand with with kind of purpose-driven organizations because we really do have to trust folks.

We can't have command and control where we're checking people.

We actually have to free people.

We have to, you know, to to to

Um, unleash people to do the right thing to help build great businesses that are also ethical and sustainable.

Um AI can help, but you know, the good news so far is that AI is actually not very good at logic.

And it's not very it it isn't, and it's not very creative yet.

You know, these these incredibly expensive large languag large language models are basically next word prediction models.

And they're not very good at showing their work.

And if you give them un uh le uh logical tasks that they're not trained in, they're not very good at that.
