No, it's hard to work in a pro purpose driven organization because you have to show up every day and do the things you know that need to be done, not just the tasks your boss told you to do.
Right?

You're you're you you I remember learning this so many years ago in McKinsey and I I was a brand new manager and some and I said, How I don't really know about managing people.
What do you do?
