And it always struck with me like when you really free people and engage them in the work.

You don't you don't need the old model.
But you still but you need to be incredibly inspirational.
Yeah, I think we are.
And I think, you know, you named some of the places where we're seeing it.
Um, I still think it's on the periphery.
You know, it's you know, it's a a Chinese company you heard about that's doing things radically differently.
Um, there are a number of American companies that are changing their organization structures.
But I think it is still it's still in the on the just on the horizon.
Um, I think we're just about to go through one of the biggest, you know, periods of disruption.
that we've ever experienced.
You're you're already seeing it, right?
That in almost every industry that you operate in today.
The likely disruptor to your your position in that industry is coming from outside.
It's coming from a new nate, you know, AI native startup company whose name you've barely heard of, or it's coming from one of these super competitors, an Amazon, a Google, an Apple, or somebody like that.
And I think all the old ways of thinking about what it means to get up and lead and manage an organization are going to need to change given that context.
And I think it's enormously difficult.
I really do.
I think I think our leaders are going to have to continue to inspire organizations rather than just give quantitative targets.
