Be efficient.

Let's protect time.

I do this.

I say, listen, you're not allowed to bring me a problem unless you bring me two solutions.

If you do bring me a problem without two solutions, you get to find a new job.

And I remember there was one problem.

One of the companies I ran, they came in because I have the same addiction you do or disease, which is the serial entrepreneurship.

And they came in.

There was a specific problem.

And the two solutions they gave were wild.

They're like, okay, well, we think we should take, whatever, peanut butter and put it on a flamingo.

I'm like, what?

And then they told me the problem.

I was like, yeah, I got no idea.

Let's brainstorm it out.

But they knew they had done the work beforehand and we had that going.

So I've built those in and it's changed my org.
