So what are some of the things that you're invested in versus some of the things that you're like, I am not touching that.

That's a nightmare.

So one of the things that I learned really early on was from a guy named Melvin Simon.

Melvin Simon, any mall you've ever been in is a Simon mall.

He was 64th richest person on the planet at the time.

And he said, don't invest in things you don't understand.

Period.

Full stop.

If you don't understand it.

So, you know, I got in a lot of trouble because I haven't touched any of the crypto.

And I was there when it was like a hundred bucks a coin, which of course, in hindsight, would I have loved to have bought it knowing what I know now?

Yeah, but I still don't fully understand crypto.

I still don't understand the blockchain.

I'm like, I don't know.

So don't invest in things that you don't know.

I've made a ton of cash doing other things that this makes sense.

I'm a real estate guy.

I understand it.

Conceptually, this makes sense to me.

I'm going to stay in that lane because I have some sort of control over it.
