There are there are things that are changing.
But I also noticed that when it when you work, because I worked with a lot of doctors, there is a lot of downtime.
There is a lot of like they're doing their patients, they're trying to run them through and they're trying to do all this, but there are pockets depending on the type they do with practicing, not a GP normally.
But when they're doing this, there is these pockets of downtime where they could monetize that and they could go into it and you could do it.
It was something that you brought up and I think is a core part of your business is we have these things where you have an audience that desperately needs fulfillment, and you have someone who's literally just sitting there at his desk, like I.
I can fulfill because when I get sinus infections now, I don't go see my doctor.
I'm very blessed with the insurance I have.
I just do teledoc and I get on like, hey, I'm like just pull up my record.
Like, oh, you have a sinus infection.
I'm like, uh, okay.
Have fun, we're gonna send it over.
And that doesn't cost me much.
So I don't have to do that.
But there are doctors who are extremely elite.
And I want to talk about how AI is going to change medical because that's the thing that I'm the most excited to talk about for our call.
But walk me through that and to what sesame does that does really well.

I think I think we are having to be forced to listen to it though at this point, because we're in a situation where it's so much of GDP and it's so unaffordable that things are starting to reverse.
Because people there's many people I know who are just like, I I'm just not gonna have insurance.
