You know, you don't start with, all right, let me take a picture of you and let's talk about your goals.
That's not who you are.
You're someone who's backed by science.
You go into blood tests and type two scans and all of that.
Tell me why that's important.
And what are some of the things that the high performers in your world have learned when they get those blood results back?
So when we do the blood work, because I'm a huge fan of science, I don't have the gift of faith.
I'm a science dork all day long.
I just went through with true diagnostics and we ripped everything apart.
And then I went and had my SNPs analyzed for the DNA level.
So it went to say, hey, this is what you react to.
This is what your body can do on that level when it comes in.
And for me, it's allowed me to have an aging rate of 7.3%.
versus one so for every one year i'm having it's only you know 0.73 so it just it changes the ball game and we've seen with science that you can reverse that you can make it even you can bring it you could slow those things down what are some of the things that you're using when you're analyzing this because i know you guys are pulling the same data and we're looking at the same blood work so we know that hey this person will respond better to this food to this interaction at this time because we break it down on that granular level because this is the difference i don't think people understand is
When you're running around and you're going on chat GPT or you're getting some sort of whatever it is from AI that says you need to work out four days a week, you have no idea what you're doing.
You have absolutely no idea.
It's the equivalent of taking a gallon of gas and throwing it at the windshield versus actually putting it in the car.
It's ineffective.
So it's one of the reasons that I wanted to have you on is because you break it down in that way.
