And you know, I I give Scott Presley a lot of credit, learned just an absolute ton from him.
Kind of like I talk about Steve Romanella, I feel the same way about Scott Presley.
I've learned an incredible amount about the big picture, about how to really drive a how to really drive a company while at the same time keeping the franchise relationship.
at the heart of what you're trying to do while also trying to scale and grow and make money because you can do both.
Eric is the serial entrepreneur.
He's off off doing an another brand he's been working on for gosh, probably five or six uh years now, uh Island Wing Company.
And he's having great success with that.
And he and his co-founder, David Walker, a blimpy guy and a subway guy.
Grew up uh in high school drinking beer in the basement.
Talk about an American dream story.
Eric and his wife Dolora, incredible job as well as David Walker.
And they put a lot of hard work into that brand.
Lucky to be a part of that as well.
And they've done quite well.
Yeah, he's got a brand based in Florida that he is franchising called Island Wing Company.
I think my initial impression visually, you know, upon walking in the cafe was that it looked a little kitschy to me, right?
When you're going into Ohio and you're going to a place called Tropical Smoothie Cafe, it looked like kind of Disney, Florida.
And again, I hope Eric and David don't kill me, but that was just my impression.
And so I felt like there was so much there because the thing with Tropical Smoothie Cafe has always been the product.
