And, you know, for me, I had – man, Vance Bedford was my defensive backs coach at the University of Michigan.

And so you want to talk about backpedaling as a corner.

When I first got to Michigan –

You know, we got all the corners together, and he was going through different techniques, and he had us backpedaling.

And he was like, man, you're supposed to be one of the top crews.

He said, you can't even backpedal.

So I understand that part of what you're talking about because, you know, I would never say I was the most technical defensive back.

I was going to understand what you were trying to do to me, and I knew how to get to the right place.

You know what I'm saying?

So like the backpedaling and patience at the line of scrimmage and all that, I could just play the game.

Now, I worked on it because, you know, the coach is trying to get you to, you know, get some sort of technique.

But I wasn't always, you know, very technical.

And sometimes I would get out of technique and I had to really consciously think about getting back into it.
