and watching and noticing, noticing, then even just seeing, you know, a small garrulous bunch of sparrows leaping out of a honeysuckle bush will make you just a little bit happier.
And it could be a London park or it could be beautiful hills in Wiltshire or wherever anybody lives.
You invest that time in nature, nature will pay you back in kind.

And it's interesting because I can also come from a background where you don't talk about this sort of stuff.
You don't show your emotions.
You don't show grief.
The only emotions are allowed, really, are laughter and probably anger.
So I went for a walk.
And lying on a hill, rather damp hillside, laughing from drizzle and hearing a skylight, really.
And, you know...
It is such a joyous song, you know, sings hymns from the gates of heaven.
That was what Shakespeare said, I think, about the skylark.
And he's right.
You know, it's an ecstasy.
It didn't last.
