It meant learning from our history and standing up against fascism, standing up against broken governments that are taking advantage of disadvantaged communities, standing up against imperialism.
And so to me, it is the most Jewish thing you can do to speak out against what's going on in Gaza and to be very clear to people that there is that conflating Israel with Judaism not only is incorrect, but actually helps drive up the rates of anti-Semitism, right?

People, it is a complicated issue.
It is complicated.
But people like John Fetterman, even Democrats, Fetterman, Dan Goldman, I think has done a miraculous job of actually helping drive anti-Semitism up by saying that anybody who calls out the actions of the Israeli government by voting to censure Rashida Tlaib, the only Palestinian representative in Congress, that those people are somehow anti-Semitic.
And it's not true.
And it only does more damage.
And the other thing I will say to the Fetterman clip is that
is not the dnc making uh or standing up against israeli's actions as like it's not the dnc making that a party platform it's the voters like it's democratic voters who are objectively clear the polling is completely clear americans now have a better have a more american jews have a more positive feeling towards zoron than they do towards benjamin netanyahu so like
this isn't some like deep state Democratic Party Chuck Schumer thing or Ken Martin thing where they're like trying to change the policy positions of the DNC.
This is American voters and politics follows voters.
And so for
I'm all about being a big tent party.
I think it's necessary, as you just said earlier.
But like what Fetterman is saying is that he refuses to listen to what Americans want.
He refuses to listen to what his own constituents want.
And so therefore, go.
You know what?
Get out of the Democratic Party.
