What he did was he diverted water from an area not to where the fires were, but to a flooded area, harming farmers.

Many of them were right wing farmers as well. He did that, screwing them over. Then water management had to stop because he was about to further destroy farms, not even. And he ordered the federal government to move water to areas it didn't belong. It rained a week and a half ago, two weeks ago. So he's taking credit for the rain.
