So I thought with being this close to the beach, with the fast way, it would just be to drag her back to the shore.

Yeah.

You didn't pull up on the board.

You just let it, you said, hold onto the nose of the board.

I just said, hold onto the nose.

That was the closest part to her at that point.

And just started dragging it backwards and she wasn't strong enough to hold onto the nose.

So I had to paddle back up to her again and get her to hold onto the drink bottle cage.

It's just something easy to grip onto.

And that worked for a little while, but she again became too weak to hold onto that.

So I ended up having to paddle up to her and just grab her by the arm.

and just hold her next to me while I was paddling back with one arm.

So yeah, that was a pretty full-on ordeal.

She actually ended up losing consciousness before we hit the beach.

And so I was realistically holding her head out of the water and just going up, just got to get her to the sand.

And then hopefully there'll be people there to help.

At what point did the lifesavers come out and did they come out and give you assistance?

I mean-

It's impossible for me to know the timeline.

I never felt when I was in the water a feeling of where is everyone?
