So
The idea is, um so the idea isn't um, you know, that houses have essential properties or that uh women must, but the idea is that
Just by virtue of being a socially produced entity.
Um or category.
That in and of itself doesn't decide the question.
So that was my point.
So the argument uh in feminism went it's socially constructed no essence.
Mm-hmm.
And so I started to to be critical of some of these ideas.
But then I noticed something else, which was that these were all
ways of thinking about
uh gender being a man or being a woman, which really had to do with what I now call the Lockean project.
And the lock in project is to
figure out classifications and the basis for classifications.
Right.
And so the question becomes is there some property
That all and only women share.
And that all and only men share.
And um
