So I finally, I think I settled around the high 80s for what his impact can be, because I think that Robbie Disher

I should probably give a number, maybe 87, 88, a high B. I think that that number is indicative of someone who's had success as a special teams coordinator across several different stops.

His most recent stop under Brett Bielema at Illinois, I think, showed some things that he is going to create some consistency for Ohio State's special teams game.

I think the past two years, without a special teams coordinator, Ohio State struggled to have consistency across its punting, kicking, and return games.

I think Rob Keys is a great coach.

I think he did some great things over at Finley before coming to Ohio State.

But to ask him to kind of be the de facto special teams coordinator, I think was maybe putting a little bit too much on his plate.

And then not to mention giving responsibilities like the return game to coaches like Brian Hartline and James Laurinaitis and Matt Guerrero.

Keenan Bailey, guys like that.

To have one voice, I think is just going to create enough of an impact that Ohio State special teams should improve in its first season and then for as long as this year is around.

I think that this is going to create an opportunity for Ohio State to really be explosive in the return games as well.

I really took notice of Ryan Day comparing Legend Bay to Tyree Kill, a poor man's Tyree Kill.

He said, is that possible that Legend Bay could be an immediate impact player on special teams, like a kick returner?

I don't know that maybe Ryan Day is going to be as confident to have him returning punts in Austin in week two, but maybe could you sprinkle him in in the season opener against Ball State?

Could you have him take some reps against Kent State the following week after the Texas game?

What could Disher do to kind of innovate that realm for Ohio State?

One that maybe Ryan Day has overlooked in the past few years without having a fully dedicated special teams coordinator.

Yeah, my phrase was one that's popular, but one that's probably most popular because of Beyonce.

And that's, if you got it, flaunt it, right?

It's kind of the same mindset that Bill brought to the table.
