Thanksgiving without turkey is not Thanksgiving.
I actually think turkey is underrated.
And I enjoy the meal so much, I'm surprised we only really eat it once a year.
But...
And this is a big but.
I think everybody should be supplementing their turkey with another meat.
I usually do a whole prime rib.
I think the cornitas would be amazing, and it's something you can make ahead of time.
So I think if you're going to serve turkey, which is great, and I actually cook turkey a little bit differently than most.
I don't believe in cooking a whole bird, but that's another conversation.
I think you should 100% supplement your turkey with cornitas or something a little bit exciting.
Growing up as a chubby slash husky, back then when you were a little chubby, they called you husky.
I used to shop in the husky section.
One of my biggest-
When you used to go to the diner and you ordered a cheeseburger and they said fries or onion rings.
Or.
Why?
Why does it have to be or?
Why can't I just get the fries with just a couple onion rings?
So every time I serve a burger, it's fries with just a couple onion rings.
