Because there is a huge difference and I do want to talk about why so many pet businesses find themselves fully booked but still struggling financially, why low pricing can create more problems than it solves and why being busy is not the same thing as being successful. matched

I want to talk about something that I feel like every pet business owner wrestles with internally at one point or another in their journey and that is productivity. matched

And not even just pricing itself, but the fear around pricing. matched

So, you know, the typical fear of charging more, the fear of losing clients or the fear of hearing that's too expensive online. matched

The fear of watching someone choose a cheaper competitor because that's happened to me many times and I honestly do get pissed off with it. matched

So I know this is a very relatable emotion because it is an emotion and, you know, let's be honest, nobody starts a pet business because they dream of talking about money all day. matched

You know, money is not always the first thing we're thinking about when we start our businesses. matched

Most of us got into this industry because we love animals. matched

You know, we wanted to help pets. matched

We wanted flexibility. matched

We wanted freedom. matched

We wanted to build something that mattered to us deeply. matched
