You know, a lot of good questions to ask and even better one, are they just guessing?

Is it just something they did just because they thought, oh, well, maybe this is the right decision to make right now?

You don't know.

You have no idea, yet people copy that decision anyway.

And it doesn't just stop there.

I see it with services as well.

You know, a grooming salon will start offering daycare so another salon thinks they should too.

Or a trainer might start selling online courses.

Other trainers rush to film courses.

A photographer starts offering wall art.

Everyone suddenly wants wall art, a daycare, might introduce transport.

The list goes on and now everyone feels like they need a freaking van.

Before long as well, the worst part, businesses start looking completely similar.

You know, it's almost like everyone's reading from the same script and the problem is like your business –

isn't supposed to look like everyone else's.
