Okay, not because they still deserve our attention.
When you become protective over your time, you do start creating room for the work that actually changes your business.

Um, you know, whether that was clients arriving late or staff cutting corners or, you know, someone continually pushing a boundary, I would convince myself that maybe I hadn't communicated it clearly enough.
