You know, culture isn't created by what you write in your staff handbook, although they are important.
It's created by what happens every single day.
And by the conversations that you probably avoid and the standards that you quietly kind of let slide because you're tired or you don't want conflict or you genuinely just don't like the hard conversations.
And I do understand.
Um, you know, those conversations can be un uncomfortable and nobody enjoys sitting someone down and talking about performance or
enjoys telling a client that a cancellation fee applies and nobody enjoys increasing prices knowing a handful of people might leave.
But every
difficult conversation you avoid today.
