There are sit down sessions where you're literally looking through the itinerary, finding a panel or a discussion session.

conversation that you're interested in and you go in I always have my notebook taking notes on those panel discussions but I think there's also a lot of informal learning as well that happens at conferences that we love where you're meeting people you're networking and you never know who you're gonna meet at a conference really where it can spark the next big unlock for your career so right now we're kind of talking about like professional career conferences

There's something very, is it intangible or is it literally tangible about being in that physical space where other people are and everyone is there to kind of

give and get energy yeah right like it's something that you opt into nobody for the most part you don't have to be at a conference yeah so you are choosing to go there you're choosing to spend your time your money your energy to be in that space with other people so they are it's a unique opportunity where for the most part other people are open to meeting you and vice versa
