I'm 36 and recently started IVF treatment.

During the first round, they found a small endometriosis in the womb.

The consultant is not concerned about it within the context of IVF.

But does this mean I have endometriosis?

She's given a bit of context.

I've had some painful periods in my life, mainly when I was younger, and just assumed this was normal.

So I've never realized I had any symptoms or sought out a diagnosis.

Generally, my periods are lighter than they used to be.

But I would love to know what advice you have for me beyond the IVF treatment, how to monitor the endometriosis and what to look out for.

Are there any useful supplements or tips for keeping symptoms at bay?
