So just trying to just learn to understand the guys, but also to not, um, trying to like over, overdo things either, like be forceful or anything like that.
And just kind of just let things organically flow.
But I just, just pouring the guys and just teach them from my experience.
And even on days when like last year, when I wasn't playing, like that made me feel better was pouring into everybody around me and
you know, being encouraged and being supportive, letting them know something I see that helped them and just, you know, speaking life into them, speaking life into the environment and, you know, just things like that.
Like even in Carolina, like we'll go out to dinner, we'll go go-karts, you know, just have a good time together because all that chemistry, at the end of the day, football only lasts so long.
These brotherships and friendships, that's forever, you know, and that really matters.
And just knowing that, you know, I done been through situations where,
I can help you with situations.
It might be something they could help me with.
So that's just how I approach those things.
And just knowing that somebody like, even when we be at these camps, it's like somebody might not be the best, but just teaching them, just trying to help them, encourage them, give them confidence in they self.
Don't take nothing for granted.
Um,
the preparation shows up, you know, so you don't miss your opportunity, so you don't miss your moment.
And, you know, preparation brings confidence.
It was a little, I ain't gonna lie.
It was a little, it was like being transparent.
It was a little chaotic because the situation that happened with me, you know, getting ejected out of the game by the coach and then getting traded.
Yeah.
