But I definitely know what you saying though, because there is some dudes that, like I done been in a situation, I done seen people tell somebody the wrong play on purpose.

Like just sucker stuff.

So I would say my approach with like being a leader is one early on, I was more so kind of leave with my actions as best as I could.
And then it's just, I think it's just building a relationship, you know, getting to know the guys.
And then me, I'm going, if I feel like,
genuine to say something, you know, I'm going to offer that advice, but I'm also not going to like force somebody to do this and that.
But I kind of just bring guys with me and try and just teach them things that have worked for me or I could have did better and just teach them through my experiences.
You know, like I was kind of taught like we're offering advice.
You give it as an option, not a demand because you don't know how people perceive things.
And then like with me just growing in life is just kind of understanding, you
People, you know, some people, you know, they might've had trauma where if you talk to them aggressively, they might shut down.
