Yeah, I mean, you want to have lots of properties on the market.
Well, that's tough in any market, to be honest.
Low listings is getting a problem every year.
Percentage of property selling on the market is actually smaller every year.
But all those things are actually really good for buyers.
And so, you know, what you don't want is a 2021 or a 2020 type of market or a 2017 or a 2019 even where...
You've got lots of competition.
People are really FOMOs in the market, et cetera.
And so I think a lot of people, especially a lot of first home buyers, they don't want to get it wrong because it means a lot.
They've worked really hard to save this amount of money.
But what you want to realize is that market you're probably buying into is actually really favorable for you right now.
And it can easily become one of those markets where it's really hard for you because your budget's not enough and you keep missing out and all the good properties keep going for bigger prices and you have to end up buying it poorer, I see.
Yeah.
That'd be my advice at the moment is just be really patient and persistent.
We're constantly reviewing, renewing pre-approvals for our clients.
And that's totally fine because that's actually a good thing.
That means they're carefully waiting and they're being patient.
