You know, what's going to happen with, have these big conversations with your partner, like,
Are we going to have kids?
When are we going to have those things?
Like those are the things you really want to work on first.
And then when you're in the market, then you want to get yourself educated as quick as you can.
Right.
And so you want to be going to as many open homes.
You want to be looking at all the sales of previous properties because it takes a while to get your confidence up to actually transact.
So, you know, even though the market, you know, it's in December right now and
it's really much flat till after Australia Day.
Like no one really sells their property in January.
That's a really good time to get prepared.
So for brokers, they're actually really busy in January because a lot of people are, you know, getting their ducks lined up and that's the right advice.
I would just be, with those first time buyers and any buyer, to be honest, you just gotta be very careful trying to buy into the, I'm gonna pick the bottom and things like that.
Because with property markets, you actually gotta find the property.
Even if it is the bottom, you've still gotta go and find it and you've still gotta go and buy it.
And so it's actually really hard to do.
With stock markets, you can just sort of enter the market within minutes.
the property market, it could take months.
And ultimately you'll probably miss it because that one property at the bottom went to someone else.
