Um and the clinician can prescribe an approved app from a repository.

They've got the statutory insurance framework that pays for it.

And then they've got seventy odd million people in their country that can access it.

And I think what they did well was get the regulation piece right.

They got the reimbursement piece right.

And they also got the evidence requirements right through B Farm, which is like their T GA equivalent.

And then we look what happened, which is only about a million prescriptions in the first four years or something like that.

Um, we're in a system that sort of r normally writes hundreds of millions of scripts for med medicines.

So we've got a bunch of approved apps and they were ready there for the patient to get into the hands of clinicians.

And unfortunately what they didn't encounter was the fact that they needed to put some effort into considering that translation piece.

And that's where everything kind of fell over.

And they acknowledged that in the summary report that they did a couple of years after uh the Diga program went live.

So I think in many ways there's that trust and support tension that needs to be worked out.

Um, and acknowledge that it's not the technology that is the problem.

It's actually uh getting it into the hands of patients and clinicians who are gonna be uh required to use it.
