And I think that's probably, you know, one of the reasons why they would have been comfortable relaxing the rules in this case.
I mean, it's obviously an extremely rare thing for such a large company, basically, you know, a company that will be in the largest, you know, five or 10 stocks in the US to list.
And so I think they've had to grapple with, you know, maybe those rules are a bit old school, you know, and come from a time when companies would list a lot smaller and then grow into that size.

Well, it's true.
And I think that's the risk for any shareholder is like, is the price you're going to pay a fair price?

I don't have any strong conviction that it's going to outperform.
And equally, I'd be...
concerned about not owning it at all if you're looking for a broad global market exposure.
Well, that's right.
I mean, there's already been a trend probably for the last 10 years or so of Aussies who have traditionally just owned our banks and BHP and Telstra and Woolies, adding global ETFs to their portfolios.
And it's a trend we've seen very clearly, but you've even seen it within the big super funds, that global allocation increasing.
