So I think, and then honestly, like I've been able to kind of make it in, make it to this level in college and kind of hang my hat on the development side.

Like, yeah, man, I would love to be a head coach someday, but I've kind of been able to carve out a niche with like, yeah, I'm good with the fours and fives and I take a ton of pride.

So that's a big deal to me.

Now, from a recruiting standpoint, to me, it's like relationship building.

Who are your favorite coach?

This world is so transactional now in the recruiting world.

It just is.

Now, NIL, it's even more transactional.

I still think there's a purity of like,

Not just calling the agent, getting to know the kid, getting to know mom and dad or whoever has influence in their life, and truly getting to know their high school coach, getting to know their AAU coach, and truly trying to get to know the kid.

And also, you know, try to not just – I don't really talk about my story anymore.

Like before when I first got into it, I'd be like, I played here, I did this.

I don't really – that's not really it.

It's more just like listening to the kid.

I have three older daughters that all play Division I volleyball.

One's committed and going to be playing Division I.

And I like pick their brain all the time of like, what did you like about this coach?

What's going on?

So I try to like resonate with the kids now through like a social media world with like stupid TikTok, Instagram reels.
