a ton of resources, and that includes a big staff.

So we have a recruiting coordinator or director, Justin Young, who's Kevin's older brother.

And he's in charge of like the whole landscape of high school basketball, the grassroots, and the portal.

And so when it comes to like recruiting a high school coach, or sorry, a high school kid, he's got everything.

He worked for a company called Hoopscene, which is basically like on three or two, four steps.

So that is his world.

So he divides it up and he knows every single coach's strength of like who they should go recruit, who they should go watch.

whether that's bigs, whether that's guards, right, whether that's denominate.

Like he knows, and then he works directly with Brandon Dunson, who's an assistant coach on our staff.

So he's another part of the recruiting, coordinating, directing.

So those two get together and be like, all right, you're here.
