We're really excited to bring this project forward.

It's a very interesting corner, very important corner for East Westman.

You can look in the rendering, not a ton of housing nearby.

I think the goal is to have a very mixed-use community with housing and office.

today as it stands, quite a bit of commercial.

So how we really approached the project was through two things, housing and vibrancy.

And that's really how we set out and made all of our decisions.
