That isn't there because nobody was appointed as the office of the farm lane regulatory.
It's there because somebody thought it was okay to throw something out.
That goes to the heart of the character.

And the reality is that the highways agency, whatever it's called these days, the non-departmental government body agency who run motorways and oversee them and maintain them,
I'm assuming that it's that agency that contracts and lets out contracts to Moto or... Chef.
Whatever, Road Chef, whatever they are.
Those operators then subcontract to McDonald's or Burger King or Nero Coffee or whatever it is, or an M&S store or a Tesco's, Metro, whatever it is, blah, blah, blah.
And they're basically running contracts.
And that's what happens when you just run contracts rather than run a service.
So we know that the Gloucester services, it's a holistic thing and T-Bay.
And actually, there are other services which is quite good because somebody somewhere, whether it's in a contract or not, has said, how this place looks and feels is something I'm going to care about.
And if I care about it and I transmit that, I was in a conversation this morning in my day job.
