And that is the thought that is absent in motorway service stations.

Have I done all I said?
Was petrol in the pumps 95% of the time, blah, blah, blah.
So the reason why they're so horrible is that too many people think that it's okay metaphorically to throw litter, whether it's on the lane out down here or service station over there.
It's the loo problem.
