And a lot of this factory salespeople are some of the earliest salespeople that I hired at Snowflake.
And the common theme is they want to build something.
They want to build something.
They're excited to go build something.
They believe in the CEO.
That's a material thing.
And so I think you want to build something together versus just being, you know, as Frank Slootman always used to say, passengers and drivers.
These companies, pretty much everyone's a passenger.
Because there is no accountability.
You're not learning anything from a sales perspective.
Eventually, that will come to bite you in your career.

Recruiting, building sales teams.

Are there enough good salespeople?
Well, there's a lot of salespeople.
Finding the good ones and building great organizations is hard.
