45-year-old Andrew Emerald is accused of writing a string of Facebook posts threatening to kill the president, including hanging him from the Statue of Liberty.

Emerald waving a sword at FBI agents as they try to arrest him Wednesday.

Several bladed weapons were later found in a search of his home in Great Barrington.

Emerald was charged with eight counts of interstate transmission of threatening communications and faces up to five years in jail.
