You know you've got to take a load more till 2017-18, but you haven't even worked out what they're going to be yet.
And now you've announced that you're going to do this again till 2019-2020.
And you don't know quite how you're going to do it, except you've said it won't come from increased taxes, so it will be more austerity, more spending cuts.
And you've sort of suggested that people like Dibble, who was temporarily out of work,
We'll take the brunt of it, but there's not a lot of those around, so it's quite difficult to make it all stick on people like Dibble, because people like Dibble now are back into work, so there's not a lot of money there to be taken away.

This is in cash terms.
Well, in 2011, inflation was 5%.
So that 2% rise, they said, was actually a big cut in spending.
And we worked it out to be the lowest level of real spending after adjusting for inflation in 14 years.
